1:45 These are fire curtains, so that you don’t use the elevators in the case of a fire. They are made so that if the power goes out, they will drop, that way they will still work even if a fire were to damage the electrical system. And no, if the power went out in the elevator, you wouldn’t drop down, you would just get stuck there, which is why you aren’t supposed to use elevators in an emergency.
0:45 Prepaid cards like those the machine sells can also be spent online. That way, even people who can't normally open a bank account can shop online! 3:35 That's because Britain isn't part of the EU any more. Ireland still has English as a majority language, which why you see it there. 6:42 An excellent addition to the local trams.
My immediate question about the cash to card machine was if it was proprietary to the stadium somehow. I dont generally carry cash so it wouldn't be my problem but I could imagine it being annoying if I did. Being able to use it elsewhere would at least soften some of that. Now I wonder if you get 100% of what you put in on the card because surely this device has to make a profit for whoever's provided it for the stadium.

Here in Thailand, Red Bull is an uncarbonated syrupy like drink that's more akin to medicine. It was modeled after the "Buisness man" drinks sold in Japan as hangover cures.
1:53 My apartment building has that system too. It's against fires, and deploys when the fire alarm goes off to prevent people from going into the elevators during a fire. The curtain is motorized, so it can pack itself back up once the fire alarm is over. It also rolls itself up partially if you touch the yellow rectangle in the center to allow people to exit the elevators. The building suffering a power outage could have accidentally triggered it. I haven't seen one deploy from a fully stoved state, but I'd guess it uses gravity to unroll and maybe the hatch is wired to open when it stops receiving electricity. That would be the best way to ensure it deploys
The main reason you shouldn`t use elevators during fire: fire fighters learned that water and electricity don`t mix well so first thing they do when arriving: cut electricity. So if you use an elevator, you might get struck in it. (They can sometimes cut electricity from far away/remote so you don`t even know they are on their way).
I used to build these systems and yes, they do add an extra layer to stop people using the elevator, but the main purpose is to actually prevent smoke from spreading to the other floors. As for what causes them to drop, lack of power is one thing, but they're also wired up to drop when the smoke detector goes off. And once the power is back on or the alarm stops, they will roll right back up into the housing for the next time that they're needed (though usually, the company will send a tech out to service any unit that deploys to make sure it wasn't damaged by the fire, since, while it can take some fire-level heat for a little bit, it will eventually start burning/melting if the fire gets to close and is hot enough or lasts long enough)

I bought some too recently, I was at one of those mobile market stalls that sell meats and stuff and also eggs and I said I wanted egg yolks for a recipe so the lady suggested a pack of “twin eggs” which is just double yolks. They probably x-ray them or something to sort them

As the name suggests, they drop down whenever there's a fire (they're wired directly to the smoke alarm), and they prevent smoke from spreading to other floors, allowing more time for people to get out safely without having as much smoke inhalation. 8 inches is the diameter. That's a 4 inch radius, and 16pi square inches. 10 inches is 25pi square inches, about 50% more for double the price. The large is almost always a MUCH better value than the small because they usually don't account for squaring. You usually see a large that's about 50% larger or more for a price that's more like 25% larger. Not sure I've ever seen it be a worse value.
