Jay, I am doing EVERYTHING you are doing, and it is good to see a young guy spreading this information. I am hoping your audience learns something because, being as we are, we can all take back our lives, be healthy, be happy, be fruitful and be SELF-RELIANT. No man is an island and we all need to work together.
With money, I would not buy a stupid Lambo, I would buy land to grow food for the poor.
I'm GenX. This used to be more of the norm. Self reliance was seen as strength. However, many in my generation didn't raise their kids the same way. They over-protected their kids and unfortunately created a generation that needs "safe spaces" and see words a "violence". It's really sad. These kids are going to graduate to the real world and there are no safe spaces, it's the real world and you have to deal with problems. If you never experience adversity, you just won't have the tools you need. Self discipline is necessary. "It's better to be a warrior in a garden, than a gardener in a war."
I feel you. I wasn't raised to be self reliant, but I recognize the importance of it. One step at a time...

Same here! You're like I was and still am at 51. I'm making enough now to learn to fly and have my own plane.. This administration wants people stuck as union slaves "workers" who spend their earnings at the bar every night,. The inflation creates bad food while forces the higher IQ families to all work and stop having families and owning land. Whenever they talk about "Jobs" they are anti-small business as even before crypto we should all be self-employed. This was the purpose of the nation - to be self-sufficient. Work is good - a JOB is temporary so you can explore your future work.
Bean sprouts have a TON of protein. We used to sell Fish fertilizers made from Manhaden fish. That stuff makes crops come alive!! No herbicides needed!

Love this video Jay! I don't know what is more important, your trading videos or your Homesteading videos. They are both super useful and informative. We are setting up a Homestead right now and feel the same exact way as you on all of this. I agree, I think the way forward is we all start doing our part and together we will break free. The system can have its money and control. Some of us just want to be allowed to live our lives away from all of that and focus on the things that really matter.

Very inspiring , i agree with with everything you mentioned except one thing.
With respect, i can't help but share that there is so many professional evidence based studies done that prove we do not need meat to survive. A man named Simon Hill from Australia explains this very well on his podcast " The Proof with simon hill", his book is a great read also . It makes sense to me that if we are looking for longevity in life as well as increasing our energy and become more conscious of the place we go after the physical, then consuming dead energy is only going to slow down that process. Isaiah 11:6-9 also is an interesting piece of writing . But, as you know god has given us free will, so each to their own :)

My G, I live in Transylvania, I am 34years old, we have bears here... Beautiful huge brown bears...we need to build electric fences to remain something to cultivate. Mostly i do tomato, cucumber, spinach, rucola. I have apple, plumb, walnut, peach trees and a few bushes. Do you know this salty plant: Rumex acetosa ? I love it, you don't need no more salt if you use this. In which county do you live? Do you have snow and freeze? Keep up the good work my man. And one more question, do you have neighbours? My father lives in Hungary, same situation just with 15hectare of grapes, 600 "Hungarian huge peach" trees(one peach could grow to 500g) and he has only one neighbour. :D

Would be curious to know how many acres of land you have and what area of the country you're in. We just bought 11 acres of land in NW Montana. Fruit grows well there in the summer, but it's definitely a shorter growing season.

Can I ask what your growing zone is? I am zone 10b. Every time I grow sweet potatoes the nematodes eat them. I am growing them in containers. I'm going to try regular potatoes to see if I have the same problem. Do you dry yours so the cut heals before you plant them or do you use wood ash before planting? What high caloric root crops grow well here is cassava, white yam and southern type pumpkins. We can grow Seminole pumpkins here and they are high in calories and last a long time. I harvested them in December and they kept until August!

What feed do you use? My chickens eat the organic stuff from TS but I don't trust it. I was thinking of ordering from a bulk food distributer and making my own mix for my girls and boys. I am also raising mealworms (as they don't free range because of the coyotes, bald eagles, hawks and raccoons.) Mealworms...potato chips for chickens hehehe. Last comment from me...I get excited about this and trading, been doing both for years. Love ya and God bless!

Wouldn't you help better if you didn't charge for your courses or at least reduce the cost? That would help people much better.
I used to grow potatoes, kale, chard and tomatoes in my 3rd floor apartment and I didn’t have much money.
Here’s an idea: start your own business! What are you good at? What are you passionate about? Take that and monetize it! The internet is a powerful tool to monetize anything you’re good at or enjoy!
