Thanks for the review, love your videos - super informative.
I am doing a new kitchen ... in Germany. I will be importing the entire kitchen (including appliances) from the USA.
Due to service network - I am really looking at Wolf/Sub-Zero for the whole kitchen, but am really having a hard time swallowing the $14,500 price tag on the Sub-Zero 48". Given it will be a "grey market" appliance - I will be completely on my own for service and sourcing parts, however due to effort and time it will take to get replacement parts when things break - reliability is #1 on my list. (Don't worry about the electricity - I have got the 240v @ 50 Hz to 120v @ 60Hz figured out already).
I like the Monogram/Cafe in part because of your reviews and in part because of their rebates GE offers. With rebates I can get the Monogram or Cafe for literally half price of the Sub Zero.
I know the Sub-Zero is a better product - but is it in your opinion 2x the produce the Monogram is - given my requirement for reliability without compromise?

Have this fridge on my short list but reviews have been horrible- on this model and column models-not the French door, even off the monogram website. Can you comment on your companies service calls on these units. Hard to buy a $10k+ fridge knowing it’s not reliable. Thanks. Keep up the great videos. Very informative.

Ok, far enough. FYI, it seems that customers are being told by Monogram that there is a "known issue' with the water and ice system that is inaccessible to repair" or at least very difficult to repair. Almost all complaints are for the water, ice system so I guess I will consider other options. Any thoughts or Jennair 48 Rise refrigerator? Seems to be in the same price range. Trying not to step into the $20K range. Thanks again, @@YaleAppliance1

Is there available stock on the monogram refrigerator? If not how long would it take to get one? I have 25 year old Kitchenaid that has problems that i need to replace. Also is the price negotiable with the dealers?
