Just to share some info, the Pavilion Bukit Jalil mobile application required consumers to submit purchased item receipts within 24 hours to be valid. How many of us will do this after shopping and rest at home the same day ? I believed within a week should be the proper policy in this case as plenty of receipts unable to claim because of this illogic policy. I really hate this kind of business tactics and is not sincere.
