      @@ginger-santa you can't really say that though. He's brought a dozen or so in. Cullen certainly the best player there and he didn't bring him in... the majority of what he's brough in doesn't make the first 11.

    I think he is the first opposition manager I've ever heard compliment us! I get sick of hearing managers talk to "protect the players". A refreshingly honest guy. HA'WAY the Swans :)

    Hi Luke as a Sunderland fan don’t beat yourselves up. You out played us for the first 20 minutes and could have further ahead. If you continue to play in the style you currently do you should be in the playoff at the end of the season. See you there

    You can’t get any more direct than that. In short, we’re not good enough. He’s a good manager with ambition. The premier league will come calling soon and if we want to keep him we’d best be able to put a competitive product on the field!!

    It's not that we lost, it's how we lost. I'm getting really sick of blowing leads like this. This is 3 points dropped in my opinion. Our fullbacks aren't good enough. We need a fairly big January window, but no matter what we do I don't think we'll be good enough to make a playoff run. Maybe next season. Just get rid of Nathan. Honest words off Luke. Sunderland worked their socks off and kept going and going. Ronald and peart Harris are luxury players when you're facing a busy midfield. Harris is too lazy and Ronald no threat at all. We were basically carrying them and Sunderland took full advantage

    Its same as last manager. He went to Southampton. Its the defence Darlin cant defend. He cant mark the player. He is ok attacking. Not good at picking up. And stop playing in your own 18 yard. Grimes has to go back to pick the ball. He should be up front. The forwards are being starved of ball

    We were okay for the first twenty minutes but as ever mistakes crept in and we gave the ball away too easily and too often. The second half was poor and we surrendered three points yet again. Let's face facts too many in this team are not good enough. Unless we recruit genuine talent and ability in January (very unlikely given past experience) we'll remain mid-table mediocrity.

  • @JackWilliams-kb5pm
    @JackWilliams-kb5pm 5 дней назад

    It seems when we are 2-0 up we need to get another one but when we go forward we always get caught, the full backs especially key, go way too high and then doesn’t get back quick enough, and can I just say the officiating in the championship is awful, there first goal shouldn’t have happened because there was a clear offside right before the free kick was given which we conceded from

      Entirely consistent. Difference was we only played for 25 mins whereas they kept going for the 90. To be a top team we must keep going at full pace and not try and 'coast it'. Strengthening in January is essential though and sorting the outstanding contracts out.

  • @jer8177
    @jer8177 5 дней назад +1

    Awful second half from Swans, and absolutely shambolic defending for the winner. The players just weren't switched on. Teams like that don't make the playoffs. We don't have any steel or mental toughness to put together good runs and win consistently. If I were Cabango or Darling, I'd leave on a free in the summer, as much as it pains me to say it. They will get more money than whatever we're offering, I'm sure, but they'll very probably move to a superior outfit. We're just a middling champ team.
