Something I have learned is that much of the time. Memory card will not work with Fanuc leaving you two choices. Either you need a expensive SRAM adapter or DNC to RS-232 adapter. There isn’t much information out there except the few we’ve seen in videos like this that rarely work. If you have a mode earlier than 16, 18, 21 you’re going to need a DNC adapter. Far as 16,18,21 you need firmware BOF2 or more recent or they won’t work. They are the models it is hit and miss. Hope this helps many of you if you find your machine crashing trying to use a Memory card. Also for those that do use memory cards only one brand will work and that is Scandisk.

You have to see the last sequence number from program and need to use GOTO function ,so that u can directly jump to required location

I think, You should try same procedure ,only change IO channel setting to 17 for flash drive read

You can't edit any program which is outside of machine memory, you need edit on PC only.

Dear friend, you can run long program through card.
So if want to run main and sub program, please try to run from library.

for format compact flash fat or ntfs?
you can format card on your your machine. it is fat 32 or fat16, but it wont read 2gb cards. every machine i try only acceåt 256mb old cards. those card cost 500bucks LOL,but if you smart and buy tthem 1990 it cost 10 LOL

Set the work offset value within stroke limit. Make your program value is not more than X Y Z strokes.
Ex - X stroke 500. And make program G01 X 600 ..then overtravel alarm occurred.
