I’ve been affected by a recent layoff at my company after just having my first son 3 weeks ago. I’ve been constantly praying, for weeks, for a very specific situation to play out to “solve” this problem. Yet, it feels God has been “silent.” Thank you for this one. It really humbled my attitude and the way I’ve been talking with God.
Josh, my prayer for you today: Father, We lift up Josh to You, a father who is doing his best to trust You amidst the weight of uncertainty. Lord, You see his heart and his love for his new son, as well as the burden of this layoff and the unanswered prayers that weigh heavily on his mind. Thank You for the way You are already humbling and shaping him through this trial. Father, remind Josh that You are not silent but present. Even in the quiet, You are working all things for good according to Your perfect plan. Give him eyes to see glimpses of Your faithfulness and the patience to trust in Your timing, even when it feels slow or unclear. Provide for his family in this season. Open doors of opportunity that go beyond what he could ask for or imagine. Equip him with wisdom, resilience, and hope as he searches for work. May he see Your hand guiding him every step of the way. Bless his new role as a father. Give him peace and strength to lead his family with faith, even in uncertain times. Teach him to rely on Your strength and provision, knowing that You are a good Father who never fails His children. We thank You in advance for how You will work in Josh’s life. Fill his heart with trust and gratitude, and remind him daily that You are with him, fighting for him, and providing exactly what he needs. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Please pray for me I relapsed yesterday and ended up with my 2nd DUI. Pray God strengthens me to stay completely sober and in doing so pleasing my Savior. I covet your prayers. Thanks and God Bless. I am starting an outpatient program
Yes, wait on the Lord🤠🤙
Psalm 27:14 NLT
Wait patiently for the LORD. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the LORD.
