There are 3 possible reasons
1. The coolant has lost its properties, in this case the coolant should be replaced.
2. there is a possibility of dirt/sludge in the cooling system, the cooling system should be flushed.
3. There is leakage in the cooling system, mainly the head gasket is damaged.

Waise car ka coolant khatm nhi ho sakta.. coolant na hone par engine atyadhik garm ho jayega..aur kam karna bhee band kar sakta hai..seize bhi ho sakta hai
