Helmsley and the Riccal Valley

Todays loop takes up from Wombleton caravan park, through Harome, (didnt have time to sample the Michelin star food!) up to Helsmley and Carlton and down the Riccal Valley. Then its a quick blast up to Pockley before dropping back into Beadlam and home to Wombleton.
Its a chilled ride with a very fast descent to the turn off into the valley which has loads of easy but fun double track. you dont need any protection other than a helmet, but gloves are recommended and knee pads might give you extra confidence on the gravel.
Apologies for the headset rattle I've had it sorted now, but it does make the sound editing a bit of a nightmare!
