Hi nice script.... I have a concern: 1. Why the inital angles of support after placing is different than the angle you just plus 90. (Ex: 270 after placement, begin 90) Can you explain in XY plane?
If hanger family is align with x direction and you are searching for the angle of rotation comparing with x direction than you do not need to add anything. But if the family is rotated for 90 degrees than you can modify the family or just add 90 to all angles.

Hello Ravi, thank you for the comment. Those are good questions. If you try to set 0 as the initial angle which needs to be added into the rotation you will see that some portion of hangers will not be rotated correctly, which is again related to how the pipe was modeled and in which quadrant the pipe belongs... At some point, I did realize a lot easier and simpler way to rotate family by some direction and I hope that soon I will create revision 1 of the pipe supports script. The next couple of videos will be related just to the improvements of the existing scripts so at the moment when I issue R1 to this script, this video will be obsolete.
Such a great script.....but we can't see the script and don't know hot it works..... kindly make video like d u made for legend placing in sheets........then like us fresh Dynamo users also know how to use it and how to build..... kindly leave an reply
Thank you for kind words. If I did look up correctly total duration of the video is 19 minutes and from 7th minute I did show and explain just Dynamo script. Moreover recently I did create sequel to that script for multiple hangers where I did explain even more about the script.
