Six ways to earn even after death:
    1. Give a copy of Qur’an to someone. Each time one reads from it, you gain.
    2. Donate a wheelchair to a hospital. Each time sick person uses it, you gain.
    3. Participate in building a masjid.
    4. Place watercooler in a public place.
    5. Plant a tree. You gain whenever a person or animal sits in its shade or eats from it.
    6. And the easiest of all, share this message with people.
Even 1 applies any of the above, you gain.
On the authority of Abu Hurairah (ra) that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, ‘When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity), or knowledge from which benefit is gained, or a righteous child who prays for him’. (Muslim)

This lecture needs some clarification. My understanding is that the good and the bad all comes from Allah as a mercy or a trial. Some bad is due to our sins and some of it is a test. The good times are also a test to see if we're grateful. If we don't ask Allah for materialistic things who else do we ask? Who else but Allah can give us what we want? If we were not to ask for materialistic worldly things then why did Suleiman A.S a prophet ask for a kingdom which no one can have a like of other than him? I think there should be more to the lecture.

It’s okay to ask for things in this life and the next, but don’t let your relationship just be about asking for things. When you make dua have a conversation with Allah and tell him how grateful you are for whatever he blessed you with.

@@cheeney_6478 I find it surprising that instead of commentating on the content of the lecture, people choose to highlight the background sounds. It points to something sociopathic and puritanical that the mind can only focus on the trivia small things and not on the human mind and behaviour which is the cause of most of our social spiritual ills. Critical thinking please!

the word allah is also created by humans, the book quran you read also printed by human, the Voice frequency when you chant allah is also materialistic. So it is very hard, almost impossible to worship un-materialistic god by materialistic body. Thats why our yogis slowly step by step move away from materialistic world, even they stop eating in later state when they try to reach un materialistic god. It is very tough process, and you are fooling yourself if you think you worship un-materialistic god. No you can't, you are so much involved with materialistic world 24/7. To reach that level you have to do very hard tapasya, yog etc. You are killing innocent animals and eating mutton chicken and you claim you are worshipping UN-materialistic god. It's very hard process. That's why sanatan dharm provided another way to worship god for normal people. The way of love, the way of bhakti, the way of name Chanting. You guys are not able to understand this Logic.
