Construct an enclosure or a wall or a house around the stone factory. Make sure there are no openings that allow workers to enter and take stones. Then, build a stone conveyor belt next to the ground of your resource area. This way, no worker will have to go to the stone factory to collect stones; they can collect them from their place without having to move to the factory.
