- The High and The Mighty is a tune from the movie with the same name in 1954, was written by Dimitri Tiomkin.
The Shadows released it in 1964 on "Dance with The Shadows" album.
Here is my version of The High and The Mighty

Recorded into Pro Tools

Great work on the melody of this beautiful song. The backing of this number is very demanding, but I love playing it. It's possibly one of Bruce's best rhythm arrangements.

I think was 024 wound third. It’s ideal for Shadows music, but for general stuff you can’t bend them too much. That’s Hank uses more than one guitar.
@@suaragitar In an interview, he said he usually uses 10-46....11-50....and 12-52 ....I suppose he had the plain G only in 10-46 guitar.....Thanks Robby.
