So just to point you in the right direction - many of the Articles of the Constitution of India like Right to Education, right to basic healthcare, right to inheritance equally for Males and Females, Right to Employment, etc. was not implemented in the State of Jammu & Kashmir because of Article 370 while they existed in the other states of India. Also, Article 35A was so draconian that it literally meant that a cobbler's child could only become a cobbler and thus for other professions. Plus, if an industrialist wanted to setup a factory or a university in J&K they could not buy land. No professor / teacher could buy a house in J&K if they wanted to relocate and contribute to the upliftment of education in J&K. So essentially, the complete implementation of the constitution of India in J&K spells out what it means to be a part of the Republic of India for J&K and its people.
