She will forever be the PRINCESS of Hip Hop. I miss her still.
U mean music
was only 3 when she passed but even then I knew you could only trace that voice back to one person and NO ONE else. I came to know it was Aaliyah. Very refreshing!
😭😭😭man she was all that when she was here...thank you black ground records for that one...rip Aaliyah
Aaliyah’s voice just made me cry. The first entry and hearing her beautiful voice. My heart is full and broken all the same time.
Best duet in a decade!!!!!!!!!
Omg I started to cry when I heard her angelic voice 🥺
IDC I’m glad they released this. Aaliyah sounds so beautiful. 💙 been waiting for her for so long
I’m not crying , I’m just chopping onions. 🥲
So emocional !!! 🥺🥺🥺 Aaliyah it's so good to hear your voice in a new record.
Rest in peace baby girl !!!💜💜💜
Thank you The Weekend 🙏
Tears emerged from my eyes hearing that Vocal alongside the wknd 😢❤ blessed to hear it
The weeknd is so goated that Aaliyah came back to life just to collab with him🔥
Facts
I can’t imagine the blessing of the modern production and technology if Aaliyahs piece was recorded today. You feel the emotion in this track.
I always feel so happy after hearing The Weeknd's voice
It a nice song..they finally cleaned it up..from the rough material they had..so thanks..Hopefully the fans will re-listen to it...we miss her💐🙏
I'm surprised The Weeknd actually hopped on this song its amazing!
I’m in tears, we know she’s here with us in spirit, but to hear something that isn’t on the albums & compilation albums… 😭 I wish her close friends could have participated in this new (and final) album. It’s strange that Missy and Timbo aren’t a part of this!! 💜 #RestinPower #BabyGirl #Aaliyah #TheWeeknd #LeafVybz
Well.. Timbaland is a part of the album just not missy
Did Quincy work on Michael Jackson’s last Posthumous album?
I’m saying if they want them songs to sound anything more like baby girl rather than trying to innovate her sound without her would be to work closely with those who helped her innovate her sound originally👌🏽, and since static is no longer here that only leaves Missy, Timb, They should definitely reach out to Tavarius
To be honest timbaland did no justice to the last Aaliyah song so i don’t see the point
@@meldonmacon1790 keep me shaking ? That song was ok. I like this though
A number one smash hit I love hearing Aaliyah’s sweet angelic voice 😍😭 Love you Aaliyah 4 ever
Whoww! A hit song. So emotional, still she lives. I cannot believe my ears. After such a long time she departed, but her voice, still sonds good. Rest young lady, you're never forgotten, for you still reminds us that you left a legacy. I am so thrilled.
I Love it so great to hear her angelic voice again and The Weeknd is a great choice to duet with her their voices blend well together ❤️🔥🔥
Bruh who else teared up when they heard this?
20 years later and she is still the best RnB artist of the decade 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks Weeknd! 💚 You are Human! 🍻
Man it been 20 years since she left this earth her spirit still in our heart and her voice will remain to all the people who listen to her beautiful voice
Rest In Peace babygirl

Her voice brings that comfort and it’s amazingly overwhelming to hear things never heard from her like this 🥰 Should have add more darkchild in here at the end
Y'all need to update this to the newer mix that was put out where Aaliyah's vocals are cleaner.
AALIYAH voice is beautiful and rich by it self!! She proved so many times just like Mariah Carey that they can sing, as a matter of fact radio stations love hearing AALIYAH sing at their stations💯. Her vocals was getting better and better!!! Listen to "never no more" "what if" "rock the boat" i hate when they tweak the vocals because it doesn't sound like the upgrade them!!
Oh man what a gift I wasn't expecting any music to ever be released
I love it Aaliyah voice omg. Wish she were still here with us today. I think the weekend was the perfect choice for this song..
The audio sounds like it needs to be cleaned up a bit but appreciate the effort and hearing AALIYAH. The duet also makes sense. I think they did this justice for sure
Nice to hear her clear angelic vocal verses. Do miss her hooks and adlibs though but their tones compliment each other.
CLEAR?????????? are we listening to the same song the mix was terrible
@@chezyteddie Her vocals are clear & you hear her tone and lyrics. Nothing is muffled even if the mixing not the best.
Love Static Major’s harmony at 1:40
Honestly, this track right here, hands down! Aaliyah, the world misses you so much Baby Girl. When you left this world, I was 5 years old & knew little about it. But recently after listening to your self-titled album, plus this track right here, I felt like your heavenly powerful voice wanted to bring me into tears at my current age of 26. What a multi-generational all-rounded talent God gave us & it's like this song is a preview of what the album has in store. Voices like this will be the Midas touch for generations to come! You're truly ONE IN A MILLION! Your impact is greatly evident in today's world and the world needs voices like hers in this world we live in today. Rest In Power Baby Girl, continue to sing beautifully up in the heavenly skies. The lyrics are rich & sweet. As for The Weeknd, thank you for keeping it classy. I pray that the new album will be UNSTOPPABLE no matter what & may all those involved in this album do poetic justice to Aaliyah and its fans! And may God's hands keep the Baby Girl happier than ever before in perfect rest, peace and joy, AMEN!
Aaliyah's voice in unmistakable once you heard it you'll ultimately know its her.
