I own quite a few Snap-On tools and have for many years, but will no longer buy anymore. There is no one on this planet who can say their current quality is worth anywheres near the cost. Years ago S-O was heads and shoulders above the rest of the offerings, but they have lowered their standards, raised their prices astronomically, while other manufacturer's have come out with tools that are just as good for 25% of the price! Not to mention that many of their tools are not even made in the USA any longer! IMHO S-O is on their way out!! They have grossly taken advantage, ripped people off and their new business model is now all about the financing..... NOT tools!!
@bobbyw9046 First, thank you for tuning in to the channel!👍 Second, agreed SO was king for a long time but now there are other manufacturers that are making certain tools as good or better and not charging SO pricing. CO ( Country of Origin ) and lifetime warranty are always important to me. When I find quality tools and or companies that make them as an equal or superior alternative to the pricy king I will let you know ( as I have ) in my videos and or make videos about those specific tools. Let me know if there’s any tools you’d like to know about. Thanks
Last year the little pocket calendar was free. The full size calendar was relatively inexpensive, around $8.
I remywhen they were always FREE…. and way more interesting
@@vintagetrucksandmore Calendars are kind of a thing of the past. My local fish market gives out a free calendar.
I’m going to order a few gifts and maybe another CT861 screw gun
What a rip off! Ridiculous prices
Yup. A few years ago paid 220 CAD for a 1/2 flex ratchet. Now they want like 335 lol.
