3:35 cuz it's literally got inspired by their stage presence irl 😂 not to mention that the dance is also consisted of several of their signature moves as well, so that's why these brat dolls kinda animated avatar still having those classic BP's sassy vibe in them 😂
I think that we are still in limbo regarding BLACKPINK's contract renewal. At the time of this comment, they are about to finish up the BORN PINK World Tour with the Seoul encore shows in a week. Hopefully, they will renew, but I guess we just have to wait and see. There are a few songs from BLACKPINK that have weapon references. (Lisa's rap in Boombayah and How You Like That, the chorus from DDU-DU DDU-DU, and the anti-drop and the dance break from Pink Venom come to mind.) For me, hearing the slide and chamber noises in this song is not that strange since BLACKPINK's nature is pretty and savage. What makes the song different that other BLACKPINK songs is that The Girls was produced by Ryan Tedder (a member of OneRepublic) and Michel Schulz (aka Lindgren). Another rarity is that Jennie and Rosé are listed with the credited songwriters for this song. (The collaboration most likely occurred during Jennie and Rosé's trip to LA in 2021.) Thanks for a great reaction.
