Hi Ndlovukazi yedlozi, please assist, mina iv been badly sick for a long time, i had a shortage of blood then later on ngaqala ngaba nenkinga yenhlizo untill today unfortunately Doctor's see nothing wrong with my heart.
I feel endless bell sound in my ears which later on changes to umoya like a car tyres eliphuma umoya, iv seen my self in a river i know with snakes pulling me.
Also my body vibrates anywhere now and then, everything seems to havd been blocked in my life i have no luck at all lately,
