- WE MADE THE BEST SHOW EVER @COURTNEY__STORER YOU RULE AT MAKING THE CLASSIC SPAGHETTI POMODORO FAMILY MEAL THIS IS LOVE! ALL EPISODES OF @THEBEARFX ARE NOW STREAMING ON HULU CANADA SIT TIGHT ITS COMING THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR LOVING IT WELCOME TO THE BEEF
INGREDIENTS:
2 Cans Bianco Rustic Canned Tomatoes - Crushed
6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 Yellow Onion, halved
Mutti Tomato Paste
Garlic, chopped
Olive oil
Crushed red pepper
Kosher salt
Toasted black pepper
Basil
Pasta
COOKING METHOD:
1. Heat olive oil, butter, onion, and a pinch of salt over medium-low heat for 4 minutes.
2. Add garlic and stir with a wooden spoon to incorporate
3. Add crushed red chili and tomato paste and stir allowing to cook another 2 minutes.
4. Add crushed tomatoes. Stir well.
5. Turn heat down to low and cook for at least 45 minutes, stirring consistently to keep from burning.
6. Add salt and blend until smooth (blending optional).
7. Add pasta to salted boiling water and cook until al dente. Add to sauce and cook until pasta's cooked through.
8. Finish with torn basil stirred into the sauce. Top with Parmesan and pinch black pepper"

As someone who has worked back of house on the line, this show spared no expense in depicting how hard, anxiety inducing, frustrating, and overall hectic that kind of work environment can be. 10/10

The Bear was actually a really well made show, good acting, good characters and great story with a satisfying 1 season payoff. I highly recommend!

@@WetWattz just like her expressions felt out of place, her acting also felt off pace...wasn't a fan of the character, Sydney, either so that could be influencing my feelings.
I love this two different cooking styles coco so precise and well thought out and Matty so rustic and chaotic and surprisingly they work so well together
I think it's the other way around... Matty, at least, from what I'm noticing, knows when to add things in, when to do things. She seems like a trained robot to me, no feel for what is going on. I'll give you that Matty will add more of this or that and it may seem a little too much sometimes. But overall, I think Matty is a better learned chef than she is.
Matty is acting like when a little kid is out with his mom at the mall and she sees an old friend and she won't stop talking to them. I love him 😂

This pomodoro sauce is my go to when i want something comforting. Marcella wrote an even easier recipe with butter half an onion a tin of tomatoes and a 45 minute simmer

I was a grill station/line cook for years, putting myself thru college. The Bear nailed exactly how it is. Fancy restaurants to run down joints. Decent show

this combo to me is very reminiscent of the truman show, where theyre at home and truman grabs his wife. love it. also expected matty to ask coco if she wanted to do the puppy thing, and then coco would say no with zero delay, then matty looks at the camera with his matty face.
