Tomaz is the best coach on earth... There are plenty of great coaches on YT but there's nobody like this man, its coming from him naturally... I've learnt so much from his videos... Keep up the good work sir Tomaz
'Steps' drills, and footage with junior - so simple, so great... Thank you as always Tomaz for these ideas - new open happening, too... Keeping it fresh...!
Some tennis instructors are very technical. Tomaz strikes a balance between technical and intuition. Quite a rare thing. I enjoy his instruction a lot more than other on RUclips. Also each player is unique with different body structures and biomechanics. I like when he says, “whatever you feel is comfortable” which translates to, “whatever your structure and biomechanics allow you to do that will give you the most effeciency.”
Tomaz you are fabulous ..Your understanding and instruction makes the simple out of the complex! Kudos on the beginning animation ..great intro for a magnificent instructor! Thanks!
Great video again, thank you Tomaz! This court looks amazing! Are you located in Croatia? I always recommend you videos, drills, training videos. Have a great day!
hi tomaz, great job! but i'm a bit confused hence when we hit the ball we push the leg to built up power from the ground and with the momentum we start the swing. in the "stairs exercice" the push and swing happen simultaneous so it will effect the power of the stroke, isn't it. am I in the right track? thanks
Try not to be so precise or analytical. These are just drills that exaggerate a certain way to generate force. As we play we have to adjust in many different ways the timings of the leg drive or the swing. It's best to just do the drills and not think too much. ;) Your body will learn anyway simply through doing, it doesn't need thinking.
Can someone help me please. I have been playing tennis for a while and lately ive been getting lots of pain in my right hand. It does not look like it is in wrist or on my finger joints. The pain is below the ball joint of my index finger like in the middle of the ball joint and the wrist(the midpoint between wrist and ball joint). The pain is very strong. I am 17 so I really dont know whats going on
Analyzing footwork patterns and memorizing steps is a total waste of time. What Tomaz says is the way to go. There are only two ways of hitting the stroke: off the right leg or off the left one.

Let me know if this is temporary. I do the forehands on my right side because im right handed. It's very hard to do it with this pain now.
That intro tho

They don't know it, but Tomaz and Fed are my coaches.
great video. but please keep them short. videos over 20 minutes are too long
