For anyone who doesn't know, Seulgi is a huge film enthusiast esp Asian Horror films and even has a room full of movie covers. Monster by Irene and Seulgi had Seulgi's input inspired by diff movies too so anyone who knows won't be shocked by this style, her style with this trailer alone. And this is just a trailer, Seulgi also explores with diff genres both music and dance. Seulgi is just a creative person.
What was Seulgi's input on Monster?
LOL acting like she contributes in any way to the concept of RV's songs and videos. She does whatever SM Ent tells her to, and says whatever they tell her to say. Agencies give their artists personas.

@@cleigh3796 funny that I see this comment knowing Seulgi will be a lyricist in one of her songs in 28 reasons album that was chosen through Blind Test 😌. How many input Seulgi has done that doesn't need to be mentioned because it is her and her team's work or SM just not letting them do what they can do or rejecting her ideas? We never know because the output matters more.

Since the trailer was diff from the mv but same concept, wish they would dedicate atleast a whole "28 reasons short film" solely for this teaser not to be wasted, it has so much potential!!

This is the most cinematic album trailer I’ve ever seen. I can see the strong influence of her love for films. Seulgi’s acting is very on point. You would forget that she’s a member of a girl group because of how very well she portrayed her character.

They have many artists, if you want what you want, you should prove that you deserve it, and seulgi is proving it and she deserves it. SM definitely has a history of making its top vocalists wait to release their debut album. Think of Taeyeon - for years everyone wondered when she would finally release it - and it wasn't until 8 years after she debuted. I suspect that Seulgi had to wait at least a year because SM didn't want her album to compete with Wendy's (which came out last year).
This is the first time I've seen "Seulmates" used for Seulgi fans ~~ is it the unofficial fandom name used? I've been Seulgi bias since the beginning and have never seen it xD but it's great!

None in kpop solo debut act shows their album trailer like this type of ,and if I could remember just only KAI but kai shows his entire album snippets song NOT THE ALBUM perspective of it.., so in short if we conclude SEULGI was the ONLY in kpop soloist to debut to do this kind of ALBUM TRAILER style..
