All presses are different. Take a piece of scrap. Select a time and temp and see what the temp of the dex is when it's out. My settings are 390⁰ at 155 seconds. My other press is 410⁰ and 155 seconds and they come out the same.
I heat my foam with an electric heating pad before I vac its even better definition the only down fall you better get everything sitting perfectly because you can't see shit lol

do you have som infomation why my neoprean foam is sticking to the kydex and tearing apart?
That has never happened to me with the foam I use/ sell.
Apologies if you’ve previously answered this, but do you have a surge tank to help pull the vacuum faster than the pump’s rate ?

i use small scrap pieces for small builds.bout it.

get some 1.5mm or 2mm neoprene they are plenty resilient for this application plus then you can cool with air

Same as the x macro but no built in compensator, and longer barrel. Along with flared magwell
