Hydrate copiously and try to feed only on nutrient dense food that will help the body recover from days of continual non-stop riding. I think it wise and prudent to take 1-2 days off bike to completely rest and recover.
I like a good cycling adventure story. I think you can learn so much about yourself you're resilience. I'm a vegetarian too and I do get concerned about getting the proper nutrition you need that energy. As I know you do have digestion issues as well. Good story anyway will we see the conclusion?
Nice country, nice ride and nice kit. But about that, I wouldn't advise to your followers to wear this in remote places in Morocco. It's very much conservative outside touristic hubs so to be respectful and have better contact with locals, its better to wear loose clothes. Not mansplaining, just culturesplaining as I bikepacked for one year in west Africa with my wife. Cheers
It's definitely flirting with danger for a woman, especially a blonde woman, to be solo in north africa in skin tight clothing w/o a local. If you don't have a man with you, don't expect an easy time.
This is credit card touring, like the Girona-Berlin videos, not bike packing. You should change the titles of these videos to fit what you are actually doing. They are great, but very misleading.
