- A major job this time of the year is preserving the apple harvest, in this video we are drying and comparing 3 varieties of apples and also bottling apples over a couple of days.

Hello I'm the same I've been watching gardening for years and have only just found this channel and have been loving it thank you John and family and as previous comments I am also very interested in your dehydrator I have recently purchased an old Metters woodfire stove and will be experimenting with that. I have much to learn and you are a great teacher, very happy to have found your channel. Thanks again guys.

How do you store your dried apples?
That's still a bit of a question. So far in 20lt buckets. They seem to need really tight lids to stop them being eaten 😁 Any suggestions?
