I have a question tho. It says you can put a counter on it "then" apply one of the effects. So dont you need to put a counter first before applying an effect? Doesnt seem like you can keep it at 1 and reuse the first effect over?
This could be, judges at my locals have allowed this under the thought that the "may" is always optional and the "then" happens after the choice has been made, regardless of having added a counter. I would be open to a higher level judges ruling on this.

Isn’t there a chance the product will be canceled?
That is something is that is speculated twice a year, so far the listing is still valid on the yugioh-card.com and has a release for the end of this month, it would be highly unlikely for this set to not see shelves at this point. We will likely see the next set announcement in July or August with release set for September or October. Until then, enjoy the format.
