Wow, his mother looks like she was the coolest woman with immensely good taste. The apartment is beautifully done and they are very lucky to have the outdoor area. I like that they use the antiques and pieces from family unlike many young people who don't want their parents things.
This was so interesting...there is certainly a lot going on in this home but it is lovely and so well done. It is so nice to see how much he appreciates and honors all of his family heirlooms.

Wonderful, I am an Achitect who retired and live in a beautiful Victorian Mansion on the first floor comprising some 1800 SF. I have filled it with art from the Guilded Age period and how the house would have been decorated in 1890 by the folks who first lived there. The original owners were a wealthy Jewish family who were originally born in the 1840's! They are buried in the oldest Jewish cemetery in Louisville. I love knowing the history of my house!! I loved your personal tour and beautifully appointed house!!

I love this home tour, just when I thought I had a homeworthy favorite this one comes along. I felt as if I was at the most interesting interior design class ever. I love the way each art piece was so elegantly explained such a beautiful home it warmed my heart. Oh and can't forget Mason de puea and a couple of glasses of rose'. My mother was also a stewardess in the 70s and she said back in the day it was a glamorous job. She said the cut off height to apply was 5’4 and you had to have perfect vision! She’s 5’3 and wears glasses, but for some reason that day she got in measuring 5’4 and her vision was perfect Lol. 🎉 I absolutely adore the space. It’s truly a beautiful apartment that has intention behind it!

Luv luv luv the sofas! the color is so fresh. I have a very similar color palette with yellow walls, red Persian rugs, cherry furniture, and golden oak flooring. My sofa is in that hue of green, but more of a mossy green. I prefer the spring green shade of yours.
