a failed experiment by doctor robuttnik trying to achieve the perfect weapon to destroy sonic! but oh well... looks like It didn't work.
chromophobiac is a Hybrid AI! a mixture of a hedgehog and a puppeteer ai. who took over the world and discovered the code of his world. allowing him to summon and go into different worlds and dimensions. this one being with senpai!
