I was i troduced to Pastor Arnold Murray by my mother. She would always tell me he was the most knowledgeable preacher she had ever heard. I would watch off an on until my mother passed away. Then i strayed away, but know that the world is in so much turmoil i have decided to dedicate myself to learning the word of GOD. I have started studying with Pastor Dennis Murray. I just learned that Pastor Arnold Murray has passed away. A loss to us, but we have not been lost because he taught his son Dennis well in the word. He is as knowledgeable as his father so it is good. So Christians keep on learning with Pastor Dennis Murray. Praise the LORD!!!!!

I quit immediately hearing this August 15,2020....(smoking since 1982) Your relationship with God is reflected in how long it takes from Him telling you something you need to do to obeying Him God had been telling me to quit for a long time. That punched me in the face. Got up and threw away my cigarettes right then. Hope that helps. Be blessed.

This Man is (or was) a really talented person and full of knowledge. I read some of the comments where it is mentioned - he was - so I am not sure if he is still alive but I really admire his detailed in-depth study and ease to cross reference verses like a Bible-Pro. We should all study the Bible in truth, but for that we need the Correct & Un-corrupted Bibles. We have today 100's of versions because all these Versions have a Patent or Copyright issues, in the end its all about Business and making money. I was so angered the day I was shown by Dr.Kent Hovind, that in Acts.8 - there was missing V.37. It was in its rightful place in KJV but in every other Bible that I checked, it was missing. Dr. Kent mentioned that there are 200 or more missing Versus in other Bibles when compared to KJV. Don't get me wrong, I am not all 100% in for KJV either, because I know there are places like this Fly or Bird, where KJV or NKJV also has changed, but by & large there are things like "Easter" which is mentioned only in KJV. All other Bible mentions Passover, when Peter was jailed and next day Herod wanted to execute him, but he feared the festival, which was Easter and so had to postpone One more day. I was shocked to find Easter in KJV, which proves that Easter was completely a Pagan festival, and Herod was more respectful of Pagan festival than Passover for sure. So how discretely and how conveniently, the Christian / Catholic Church has "sanctified" the Easter & Christmas into the Church festival and nobody has any issue with this ?? Thanks to people like Pastor Murray, I will give my support to his ministry.

JMFSpike Yes, it is sad, I didn't know the extent of the corruption until I began to study the Hebrew and Aramaic. (Now I can research and find the most of the errors.) YHWH showed me first that the punctuation, and verse chapter divisions were taking a lot from the word, and that there were words added in places that changed the passage completely. It is hard work but I have been greatly blessed. Thank you for your research and sharing it.
Becky Shock No problem. It's something I did out of curiosity as I wanted to see just how bad it really was. That said, I do think those bibles have a place since the modernization does make them far easier to understand, you just have to keep in mind that they're all a bit suspect in certain places. You definitely want a King James with you so that you can cross reference. Better yet, just get a parallel bible. Having one of these other versions without the KJ as well is a very bad idea that I would certainly *not* recommend to anyone. Also, when quoting the bible, *always* quote the KJ! If you are going to quote from another version, do it alongside the KJ.
GOD says, not to take a begging bag. He works, outside the ministry for his money. A offering plate, is not passed there. I've only heard these things. Once , in 7 1/2 years. Now, the 1599 Geneva Bible is quite interesting. It predates the King James and uses the word 'flee', but this is honestly an even better translation. Despite the fact that Paster Murray always taught about most Christians believing they are going to fly away, that isn't completely accurate as to what they believe. They don't believe they are actually flying away, they believe they are basically going to be teleported out of here.
I knew the bible had been corrupted over time with all these different versions, but I didn't realize just how bad it was until I put this together. Interesting how there are only 7 bibles that keep the word fly, since 7 means completeness and perfection. Still, I suppose there could be another bible I missed that belongs in there.
JMFSpike Yes, it is sad, I didn't know the extent of the corruption until I began to study the Hebrew and Aramaic. (Now I can research and find the most of the errors.) YHWH showed me first that the punctuation, and verse chapter divisions were taking a lot from the word, and that there were words added in places that changed the passage completely. It is hard work but I have been greatly blessed.

No problem. It's something I did out of curiosity as I wanted to see just how bad it really was. That said, I do think those bibles have a place since the modernization does make them far easier to understand, you just have to keep in mind that they're all a bit suspect in certain places. You definitely want a King James with you so that you can cross reference. Better yet, just get a parallel bible. Having one of these other versions without the KJ as well is a very bad idea that I would certainly *not* recommend to anyone. Also, when quoting the bible, *always* quote the KJ! If you are going to quote from another version, do it alongside the KJ.
