Taormina, Sicily is a very beautiful part of Italy and I really enjoy seeing the nice scenery, the local shops, restaurants and other points of interest in Taormina thank you.🇮🇹🎇🎆🇮🇹
I'm glad you enjoyed this one. I always wanted to go back after my first visit in 2020...although, I always thought I'd go to beaches the second time around. I guess I have a reason to go back now.
In all my travels ( and viewing on RUclips); I’ve never seen such a beautiful, civilised and cinematically romantic place as this. Especially the restaurants and outdoor bars. Everyone rants about Venice (it is lovely) but this is simply another level. Absolutely breathtaking. ❤
I visited Taormina almost 30 years ago right after I finished school. Your wonderful video brought back so many memories of this beautiful and romantic city.
Thank you so much Isaac❤ Yours is the best quality virtual tour I've found on RUclips. Awesome camera, great framing, narration via captions, all together makes the content top quality. I've checked many videos on RUclips but none match the perfection or footage quality of yours. Especially videos like these capturing the sunset to night transformation with all the hues and lights feels poetic & magical... ✨ As someone going through a very tough period in life, your walks give me a +ve virtual reality that I hope someday will become a reality for me too. Your videos have a lot more positive impact than what you may have imagined. Thank you for your efforts, for offering glimpses of our beautiful world. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavours & walks.✨
I like so much Taormina at night! its beautiful, charming, quiet, the archirecture, lights and kind people, gives a confortable atmofera, to enjoy! thank for this nice tour!
Thanks for this awesome RUclips video.👍 A special hello to your sister for assisting you.👋 We especially enjoyed the Funicula song. Especially the version with Mickey Mouse, Goofy and Donald Duck. Loved seeing the lyrics. I had completely forgotten the words until you printed them on screen. Then, I sang along! Or tried to.😊 Thanks for that.👍
Hello from Naples, Florida. A very nice evening there. We enjoyed the sights, sounds and scenery. Thanks for sharing the amazing views with us, have a great weekend 👍 💯 ❤
Keine Zeit. :)
Great video. Was in Taormina for the second time a year ago. Even though it’s gotten more crowded it is still a beautiful, charming, and special place. The food is outstanding as well. I will definitely be back. My family is in Calabria so it’s easy to get to from there. You should explore some Calabrian towns as well, the lesser known ones aside from Tropea.
Hey, thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed this tour. I also filmed a 360 tour of Taormina that I'll be posting up soon. Thanks for supporting the channel.
What a stunning place, thank you for showing it to us. Loved the pace of this walk. Also very clear and bright footage. Just like being there. Curious if you display something to identify your RUclips channel as most everyone was not at all phased to be on camera? Appreciate your hard work in bringing the world into our lounge rooms. The information you provided about the town was very interesting too.
I'm glad you enjoyed it. After my first visit to Taormina in 2020, I always wanted to go back and film an evening walk. Yes, I wear a shirt that says, "Smile, you're on RUclips!", but it is written in Italian. :) Thanks for watching!
You make THE BEST videos on RUclips. By far! But I gotta tell you. I had hemmoriods once, and as bad as that was, it's not as bad as watching your videos with the CLOSED CAPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY ON.
lol....well, that's one way to put it. Hmm..not liking it, eh. I guess I figured the closed captions made the video even better. Are you watching on the TV? Thanks for the feedback. :)
@ProWalks YES, watching on TV. I do enjoy your videos very much. You have great intuition on where to point the camera. Others have tried to copy you. But you really have a great eye to know what to shoot. I appreciate your work and hope to visit Italy one day. You could help people with personalized tours. Especially in Italy. Thanks for all you do.
@@dereksanders8152 If I had more time, I would definitely do personalized tours. I filmed one for a guy. He had family in Italy so I went and filmed the town where is grandpa was from. Others have asked me to, but I just haven't worked it into my schedule.............I've got a garage to finish and '62 pickup to work on too. :)
@marynazubkova6249 I'm not in Italy. I'm at home in the states, but I love Italy and Sicily; so I read as much as I can about them. Just saw a video today of people sweeping up ash that's fallen in several places in Sicily. The last time I was in Italy was the summer of 1966 when I attended the University for Foreigners in Perugia. My dream is to go back sometime in the near future. Are you familiar with the trio, IL Volo. Two of the guys are Sicilian. Ignazio from Marsala and Piero from Naro. They are unbelievable, beautiful voices. Their harmonies are amazing. Check them out on youtube.
My favorite place in Sicily is Cefalu, but in terms of that colorful romantic beauty and charm, Taormina is the place to be in Sicily. ....as far as ranking...that's tough...1. Capri, 2. Positano, 3. Portofino, 4. Taormina, 5. Lake Como....but I only put Lake Como at the end because it's such a big area and as a whole there are a lot of great places to see...but I don't think any one place is ranked higher than the other places you listed.
Yeah, late July and August are not great times to visit Italy.....if you're not used to extreme heat. It's too much for me. I'm going back in September. :)
Where do the citizens of Taormina live? I saw Bam Bar which has been made famous by the Italian group Il Volo. It's supposed to have the best granites.
I only walked the main tourist center. If you see the drone footage at the beginning, you'll see the area is quite large. I'll check out that Il Volo group.
@@ProWalks I know, I'm sorry. It just takes me out of the moment when, as the virtual walker, I suddenly develop a superpower like zoom vision. It is smoother and slower, but to me (and my wife) still an unnecessary distraction. I won't mention it again. Promise :)

It sounds like it's time to go back. :) You can fly from Rome to Catania for almost nothing. ...and there are always good deals to Rome.

The ambiance becomes more romantic as the sunsets late in Sicily. With multiraces of people, the atmosphere is filled with elegance.

Mt. Etna has been erupting alot lately. Last time was 3 days ago on July 4th. What a fantastic fireworks display for us Americans.

Taormina. Need to go! Looks fab! And not to crowded like Italy always is
No, it's not super crowded...just busy I would say. It's a quick drive from Catania.
I heard you had an amazing assistant on this trip 😊
The best! Hopefully she'll be available for my next trip in September. :)
Impeccable quality of video and sound!!! What camera did you use? The best video for Taormina I have ever seen!!!

Oh yeah, gotta zoom in on the people sitting there trying to eat their dinner.
Maybe just a little..to frame things just right.
I miss Capri.

Just can't get past the zooming can you? :) I tried to make sure if I zoomed this time around, it was much smoother and slower.

Nice. But way too long for a RUclips clip. Better to slice it up in to 20 minute segments
One thing I noticed is the absence of black scholars and members of the “religion of peace” maybe that’s why everything is so beautiful and tranquil
