Hello, where did you register your domain? If it's Whogohost then there shouldn't be any issue. If not, i will suggest you chat with their support about the issue.
thanks for your tutorial videos, however i have some challenges changing my domain name on wordpress, if i am trying to change it, it refers me to their own plan. any tip or help how to go about it? i have an active registered domain and wordpress hosting. thanks
To change the domain, you need to first get the new domain. After that, you will have to message your hosting company(Whogohost) to change your hosting primary domain to the new domain. Hope this helps

After followed all the instructions as illustrated in the video to install World Press, I received a congratulations, message that the software was installed successfully and when I click the link inform of Adminstrative URL, it open a new tab and the response was " Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by World Press" . Please, what can I do here please, so that it can correct the anomaly and so that the error will go. Thanks so much sir for your kind response. Your video is my guide, I have watched it many times. Give it 24 hours and try again.
