- Hey guys! Today I have such an exciting video to share with you! I recenly got a package from one of my very favorite brands, Sydney Grace! And I was excited to see a surprising new release from them: makeup brushes! So we are testing out these new brushes along with some glorious eyeshadow palettes! Would love to see more looks with Tiny Marvel's. It's a little out of my comfort zone but I just loved watching Mel so much and I'm so glad I have her pallette!

Nice eye looks. I was kind of surprised that you didn't mention that the Tiny Marvels palette was a colab with the late Mel Thompson and part of the proceeds from the sale of the palette go to her family. It's been just around a year since she died.

@@nataliemarshall7158 It’s possible, but it is well publicized on the Sydney Grace. She doesn’t seem to read her video comments (or at least acknowledge or respond to them), so a lot of times people point things out but I don’t think it gets to her.
Mandy has mentioned a few times that she needed to pick up Mel's Tiny Marvels palette. She def knows. So many of us miss her so much. I often watch her whole Tiny Marvels playlist. 💖
LOVE!! Because of your Enduring Love video years ago I ordered and now I own every palette and over 200 singles. I love their blushes and highlighters too! Ihave about a dozen. Yea for Tiny Marvels. I love and miss Mel. 💖 So thank you! 😘😘😘
The brushes look very nice, I admit that I am interested in them, even though I really don't need any. I don't have the TM palette, have thought about picking it up but not sure I need it, as nice as it is, maybe I should reconsider. I really enjoy my EL palette. I really enjoyed Mel's videos, she did such good tutorials. YT is not the same without her.
Mels palette is my fav from SydneyGrace!!!! Have most of their pallets and LOVE their shadows!!!
The Tiny Marvels is my all time favorite palette, and I have A LOT of palettes. I actually bought a backup of it, and that's not something I generally do with palettes. The matte shades are all incredible one and done shadows, in addition to the cool looks that you can make using it as a whole. And very lightly tapping that Web shade on top of them can totally change the look too. Also the coral shade, with the topper shade from the ND Mini Retro is so so pretty! Sydney Grace is one of the only formulas that I can wear for my 12 hour shifts that still look great at the end of the day. The only shade I haven't really used yet is the gold one because I'm not crazy about gold on my eyes, but I've been thinking recently that if I tap some of the other foiled shadows on top, maybe I can create a shade that works for me better. The brushes are quite tempting, but I honestly have a ton of brushes.

At long last, I’m so excited to finally be able to order Mel’s palette! I’m obsessed with the color Scarab in the upper right of the palette. Nothing else compares and believe me I’ve tried to find a similar shade or dupe which was impossible. The June bundle looks gorgeous too! 🤩 On a similar note for any of you that tried to purchase the Persona blush in the color “Bubble” it’s back in stock again FINALLY. Happy shopping ladies! 💖✨💕
Sydney Grace single shadow in Red Chameleon is the same shadow, also Emme cosmetics - Green brown is 99% similar to Scarab.

I always love your eye looks! It’s lovely to realize again as you bring out the Tiny Marvels palette that Mel was able to create a palette that carries her memory. If I didn’t have a ton of good makeup brushes already, I’d be sure to check those out. They look really good.

I love Sydney Grace eyeshadows. I curated my own neutral/cool toned palette. About a 18 pan now. Just really beautiful and great quality. It’s one of my favorite palettes to use. 💖

Using the foundation brush while there’s still some on it, helps the cream bronzer meld together on the skin

I'm really hoping international shipping is back to a reasonable amount because I missed last year's Chrissy in July due to the crazy high shipping and I really want some palettes.
@@jaycreswell7008 saaaame. I am in Europe, so shipping is really prohibitive, but the quality is so worth it (especially for someone that wants 100% talc-free makeup, like me). Had the same with Lunatick Cosmetic Labs… even had to pay import taxes, but their face powders are honestly bar none in quality. Fingers crossed for good shipping with SG.

I think it would be really helpful to compare the quality of the brushes to others in your collection. How do they compare to Rephyr? Omni? Wayne Goss? BH Cosmetics? Real Techniques? They are nicer than my _______ but not quite on the level with my ________ brushes would be really helpful, IMO. I feel like that also goes for eyeshadow quality (better than Colorpop? Better than Nabla? Blends like Pat McGrath? Similar to your Wet n wild? ELF? etc. Obviously first impressions its hard to know, but even in later speed review videos...

I didn't even know SG had brushes. That looks like a nice set. I REALLY like my Rephyr & SoniaG brushes but there are certain shapes & sizes that they just do not offer & I end up reaching for my good ole Real Techniques or It Cosmetics to fill those gaps. I'm so glad you mentioned the blushes & highlighters from SG which is a recent discovery for me. I own several shades of both & made my own custom blush n highlighter palettes with them. I wish SG would release bronzer/contour shades as well for a full custom face palette option. I'm definitely getting that 9 pan during the next sale. I was a little disappointed in Coffee Talk & this warmer neutral palette looks more up my alley :)

Question - I have 2 Sydney Grace palettes. I find with them and other of my “ better” quality palettes there is more transfer to my upper lid then say my ColourPop. I use an eye shadow primer . Any thoughts on that? Thanks so much ! Always love your eye looks!

BK Beauty brushes are better if you like weighty more packed brushes.
