"102 Dalmatians" got an Oscar nom for costume design, and I think the costumes are astounding! Really screams Cruella's personality and "fashion sense".
The Dragon costume is EVERYTHING! Wish I could have made it to the exhibition of the costumes. The detail and construction in that piece is just out of this world!
Just this whole project top to bottom was a master class in costume design. Just... Cruella's descent into madness and her transition to a wholly evil being. The fur fashion show, complete with a nod to Chanel's annual bridal dress. The Dalmatian spot scene. That is top-notch storytelling right there. Anthony Powell really elevated this movie to a whole other level. A well-deserved Osc ar nomination.
I love that they actually did as much physical work as they could to put spots physically on the town and the people. It definitely adds to the film. Today they take too many short cuts with computers.

Marvin the Maniac yes the original one which is magic four times when I was in elementary school. The dream one I went on when I was in grade 11 during Christmas of 2013 and the second one there was August ‘18 before I started my new college program!

Of all D remakes, Glen set the standard & completely overshadowed her animated counterpart. None of these newer stars came close to that. Only ones who were equal with their counterparts were Mena as Aladdin & Lilly as Cinderella... everyone else were trash
Nika Bokić yeah it annoys me a bit but then I realise we only see her bedroom in the first movie so maybe her bedroom just different or they just changed it
Well if you remember at the end of the first one, they all moved to the country in that big mansion. I’m guessing as time went on, they could no longer afford to keep them all and probably put some up for sale so Chloe probably bought Dipstick off them.

Plus, considering the VFX guys removed ALL of Oddball's spots is incredibly impressive and clever!

Oddball the CGI white Dalmatian puppy was made by visual effects The Secret Lab (TSL).
Actually, the dogs portraying Oddball are real. They just used a computer software to digitally remove the spots. So, voila.
