MLK Assembly 2023

Yesterday we gathered to honor the life and work of Martin Luther King, Jr., and to acknowledge and recommit to the ongoing struggle for racial justice.
Students performed “To Prisoners” and “Martin Luther King Jr., April 4, 1968" by Gwendolyn Brooks as well as Ben Harper's "I Can Change the World," “The Undefeated” by Kwame Alexander, King's own "I Have a Dream" speech, and "Lift Every Voice and Sing."
