375 degrees F. ; 190 degrees C. For 1 1/2 hours should be fine for a 2.68 K. Or 5lb chicken . I think it will fit in the mini Kamado ! I'm going to make one today . I just seasoned my Kamado to burn off any packing oils or moisture that may be in inside . I've made Beer Butt Chicken on a Kettle grill in the past . Kamado grill should be even better tasting . Thanks for the video , Oh yeah ! I made a deflector plate to keep the flames off the yard bird and I will use Sesame oil on the chicken with Lemon Pepper Seasoning rubbed on the outside and sprinkled on the inside . Should come out , Crisp , Golden Brown, Juicy and Delicious 😋 .

Hi Andy, sure, the links to the rubs are in the description below the video. Check them both out as they’re fantastic.

I feel like you could fit a full chicken in there... I was going to try this over the weekend. Will report back

Great video as always, so many tasty treats to try, I wouldn’t mind a bit of Johnny meat inside me! I’m going to give this one a go but quick question, would this recipe work the same way with ginger beer? Thanks Johnny.

Oh Pete, you've got me there, I honestly don't know. Well worth giving it a go to see. Let me know if you do. Thanks for watching. 👍
