How to make Easy and Tasty Coconut Muffins

Coconut is very abundant in Philippines. Almost all of our food and delicacies includes coconut ranging from milk, cream and coconut meat. In this video, we will be creating very simple recipe that you might enjoy- coconut muffins!
Ingredients
110g soft butter (half cup)
3/4 cup granulated sugar (150g)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
1 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup shredded coconut( you can use sapal ng niyog or fresh shredded)
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup milk
Yield: 12 cupcakes
