This is really well done, Chelsea Cora. The candle video is simple and appropriate--in my humble opinion. If I may share: In 2009, at the beginning of my journey in sobriety, I found my own place to live at 43 years of age. My old Boxer Dog and I shared a tiny cinder block building with a metal roof, nestled between an old farm house and a huge trailer park. Because my perspective led to intense gratitude, that place was heaven. (Too many beautiful details to list). Still, I was struggling with meditation; I needed something to focus on. What fascinates me? What is a universal aesthetic? Quiet Fire, or the just-right coffee cup...? Both? Warmth in my hands and peace in my mind. God bless you Chelsea Cora.
