    Tips:
    1. To prevent villagers from going in the animal pen, use carpets on the top of the fence. You can jump over it, but no villagers or animals can jump over it.
    2. To have a more efficient cobblestone generator, place a chest (or anything else made of wood) under where the cobblestone spawns. And before you ask, it will catch fire.
    3. If possible, make a fletching table for one of your villagers. You can get emeralds for sticks. You can then use those emeralds for whatever you want. :)

    Tip: Breed more bees so the artificial bee hive is more efficient... however all bee hives (natural and man-made) have a cap of 3 bees. I also suggest you put the flowers closer to the hives to make honey quicker.

    If you place a Hopper directly below where the regenerating cobblestone is, then it'll collect it before it can fall into lava like 95% of the time. Still not perfect, but a LOT better than having about 20% of the blocks fall into the lava.
    P.S. On the latest version of the mod, you can create biome-specific chunks by adding specific items to the chunk generator recipe. My personal favorite one is adding redstone dust to each of the corners to create an "Unstable Chunk Generator," which you can place down and it'll pick a random chunk from the entire world and generate it. This means that you could just randomly have a massive mountain chunk in the middle of your normal chunks (though it's more often going to be something common like ocean, plains, desert, or forest).

    you need to put trapdoors and carpet around the campfires so your bees don't burn to death on them due to their pathfinding.
    Also, for a hive to produce honey it needs to have bees active in it. Now that you have more than 3 bees your second hive will start to produce honey.

  • @mistermightybean8275

    Under cobble gen put a hopper connected to a chest. The cobble mined should go into the hopper more. Also make obsidian for behind to mine into. It mines slow without efficiency

  • @craigmoon2121
    @craigmoon2121 8 месяцев назад +17

    Just a tip for future episodes: Assuming you're using the latest version of the mod, you should be able to create different types of chunk generators. For example, if you take the normal recipe and add redstone to each of the corners, it should create an "Unstable Chunk Generator," which takes a RANDOM chunk from ANYWHERE in the original world and spawns it in. So, for example, there's a chance that you use the unstable chunk and it just generates a mushroom island chunk or a massive mountain chunk.
    There's also biome-specific recipes if you want to choose the biome, but I'm not sure what all the recipes are for those.
    EDIT: I think you can make a rocky chunk (which may have surface ores exposed) by using cobblestone in each of the corners.

  • @kylorde1608
    @kylorde1608 8 месяцев назад +26

    The camp fire doesn't make them blind, it pacifies them so they don't attack for taking their honey. With the other hives your making just keep breeding the bee's and the babies will move to the new hives, each hive holds 3 bee's

    The beehives don't have to be placed on tress, as long as there is not a block in front of them they work just fine and you can chop the trees down if you wish, and you can also use bonemeal on the ground to get more flowers for the bees. Maybe move the flowers closer to the beehives too so the honey is produced faster.

  • @kathleenmodersohn9872
    @kathleenmodersohn9872 8 месяцев назад +1

    To make a more efficient cobblestone generator you can:
    Step 1 - make a stone stair of some kind and place it down, then water-log it by placing a water bucket on top of the stair.
    Step 2 - place a lava source (bucket) on the full block side of the stair leaving 1 block in between them. This is crucial as placing the lava directly next to it will creat obsidian.
    Step 3 - stand at the side of the generator next to the cobblestone and dig down 1 block, then dig the block under the cobblestone and the block right behind that one.
    Step 4 - place a chest on the block on the other side underneath the cobblestone, then holding a hopper, shift and place the hopper on the chest. The hopper should end up directly underneath the cobblestone and attached to the chest.
    Now you can stand on this side of the cobblestone and mine straight ahead while the hopper will help collect anything you don’t.
    Sorry this was so long but I hope it helps.

    For the bees, you want at least three blocks between the campfire and the hive so that you can block the smoke with a trapdoor, but placing it directly above will just let the smoke pass through.
    In actual bee keeping, smoking their hive causes them to feel 'high' of sorts and it calms them. It's not like it is in the Bee Movie where it just straight up suffocates them or makes them blind like the other commenter said.

    i don’t know if this still works but you can make an Inf lava generator by building like 4 blocks high, placing blocks around the area so the lava is in a 1x1, than placing a pointed drip stone under the block holding the lava, and finally you need a cauldron underneath the drip stone so that the lava will drip into the cauldron and fill up. It is slow but still works.

    Tip: try putting a hopper under your cobblestone GEN with a double chest so that way the hopper picks up the stray cobblestone and feeds it into a double chest and then you can just AFK there with obsidian behind the cobblestone so that way if it doesn’t spawn quick enough, your pickax just tries to break the obsidian because that is a really slow breaking block

    Create multiple channels for water to flow through into a lava block on all sides. To ensure the water runs far enough, create a platform above the base platform and allow the water to run down into the channels. Water runs down from the top platform, lands in the small channels, then runs into the center lava block, creating four separate cobblestone blocks.

      While that sounds efficient, it also sounds more risky. I prefer the generators that use waterlogged stairs and the flow from one lava bucket to have multiple cobblestone generated at once.

    Also doni here’s a tip if you want you can make the bee farm automatic put an observer facing the bed hive and then connect it to a dispenser facing the bee hive and put the glass bottles in the dispenser and surround the hive with glass and put a flower so they can pollinate also make sure you have silk touch before mining the hive and if you mind the hive with bees inside they will stay inside until placed back down hope this helps 👍

    Two things
    - to get more beehive bonemeal a tree next to a flower and it has a chance to have a beehive
    -also if you put a hopper under the cobblestone generator and the a chest underneath that the cobblestone will go in to the chest

    When you found diamonds they were on the border and small veins, so if you spawn that chunk there should be more diamonds.
    Also put wood on the other sides of the cobble generator, pickaxes can't mine wood fast so that's the usual block people put there.
    Also you can give the villagers new jobs and rrade with them to get rich and enchanted gear
    Love the series so far bro keep it up

      Also you can use 1 lava to produce multiple cobble in a line by placing it above and letring it flow to more spots. As long as water doesnt touch the lava source block it wont turn into obsidian

    For your cobblestone generator use a hopper underneath so it gets picked up before being burned.

    Yo Doni, I know it may be a little rough for you to set up, but there's a way you can set an auto push piston behind the spot where new cobblestone forms. It requires a Redstone circuit but it's effective for not burning your blocks.
