sir i had a doubt , i want to appear for FEB 2025 and since the early registration is closing on 9 july '24 should i apply for it or can i wait for the scholarship round which is in september? i applied for the scholarship earlier but couldn't get it, please help :)

I think for you to register on July 09 you cant wait for scholarship as even if after you got the scholarship then you wont be able to apply for previous registration which is already over. After getting scholarship you are eligible for only the new deadlines and not the older ones.
There are two thought processes people follow.. One: if you are not prepared well enough, then please do not enroll unless you sure you have put in your good / best efforts towards cfa prep. Two: if you have made up your mind that lets say you want to appear for Feb 25, then enroll and put in your best efforts thinking the deadline in mind. However, if it's a matter of scholarship, then you can wait and enroll accordingly!

Depends on what you had in 12th STD ! however, if you sure you want to appear for cfa then whether it's bcom or btech.. it shouldn't stop you from pursuing CFA

Build soft skills in your sem 4 start preparing CFA level 1 give exam after your graduation or according to your preparation in 1st and 2nd year build soft skills.
Make you basics strong especially accounts, bst, eco and basic quants. (Acc is not in CFA but you need to know to understand everything easily. As a commerce student you should know it). Read books, work on soft skills and please give some NISM paper (MF distributor, Research analyst, eq derivatives) ye sb basics h tmhe idea milega ki CFA tmhare oye h ya ni.. Agr tm enjoy kroge ye cheeze then you can definitely go fot it. Last but not the list work upon your skills - excel and other related stuff do some research and then decide.
