Six Wings Swan Claire has finally arrived in Counter:Side! So, will she become a meta unit in PvP? No.
Her kit is designed to be in a team with Six Wing members to unleash her full potential, and inflict disasterous debuffs upon your opponent.
ATK SPD down, reduced healing, skill haste reduction, skill seal, def down, increased dmg taken. Those are only some of the debuffs your enemy will receive.
IMO, you can skip her, but if you love Six Wings, and love to commit war crimes on your opponent, then you can pull for her.

Sir do yo have advice for new player like me, which better Asigma or Eve Meitner

In PVE, Eve will help you through most content. But some stages require A.Sigma as well, but not as valuable.
Eve is one of the best PVE units.
If you want to play pvp mainly, however, then A.Sigma for sure.
