Hey Milla, how long ago did you complete CG BASIC and if you know, how often do they change things up. For example: when it comes to how you audibly describe a rank insignia or collar device.
Dream Parlor I graduated USCG Boot Camp in September of 2016. It's pretty much been the same for the last decade. I'm glad they make it so difficult and have such high standards. Required knowledge is absolutely key to your success at Coast Guard Boot Camp 👊🏽
Hey Andre, can you make a video on age waivers for the Coast Guard? Last I checked, the cut off age was 27 for active duty and 32 for reservists. I would love to join as active duty but I am approaching my 27th birthday this summer and I would like to get as physically and mentally prepared as possible. I have heard of waivers for certain rates that are critically underfilled like Culinary Specialist that include guaranteed A school and signing bonuses but I'd also rather take my time and explore my options even if it means being a non-rate for a while.
