So what you said about the protein being at the end if the listing means it isnt strong isn't true. A. Some proteins are active at a very low level, and B. Each company has it's own method of listing ingredients. Advice coming from a chemist.

Both are strengthening but I prefer to use a protein treatment since it involves less steps and less mess
