Terrell Williams is an awesome addition to the coaching staff, and Scottie Montgomery obviously is elite with the RBs. Hopefully AG and Ben Johnson are bringing these guys in when they are in game calling plays and letting them know their reasons to give some insight into their next promotions. I would rather promote from within than bring in someone from outside as a fan, but I trust the leadership to make the best choice regardless
