@@kikinatrone technically yes, when you when you use heat on your hair like a flat iron, or curling iron you're just burning the hair in to a different shape/form. Which is why you're not supposed to use heat on your hair too much because burning your hair will damage it if you do it to often.

MERSADEEZ HENDRICKS hey girl i have bangs too i’m in the grueling process of growing them out but mine have kinda bad splits ends from heat damage but the rest of my bangs are pretty healthy and shiny 🤷🏻♀️ so it’s prob not the best thing to do it every day but it’s hard to avoid so just make sure you’re using a good heat protectant spray and if they’re long enough you can clip them back some days so you don’t have to straighten them 👌🏻 and if you haven’t tried it yet anything shea moisture will bring your hair back to life 🙌🏻 idk just some things that have been working for me hope this helps 😊👍🏻

We have a mannequin in our house and my little bro carries it around.
There used to be a mannequin toy that was just a head from Bratz and I bought it and put it on my pillow when I snuck downstairs so it looked like I was sleeping. Also had a life sized Snow White doll (I think it was about 4ft?) that I used for the same purpose lol

Cause I also put clothes under the sheets so it looked like there was an actual body there (when I only had the head and not the life sized doll). Guess I'll never know cause I don't feel like asking and revealing my secret.

How do y’all wrap them? I don’t mean to seem forward or disrespectful - I bought some headscarves when I was in Kuwait and Afghanistan, and they’re absolutely beautiful and I love the look, but I can’t figure out how to get them to stay properly and I don’t want to be sloppy with putting them on because I know they’re culturally significant and I want to appreciate them properly. I’ve tried looking at videos of people putting hijabs on, but I haven’t gotten the hang of it (2 are cotton, 1 is silk, and 1 is cashmere, which I’m sure makes a difference).

Okay so question: I have curly hair. In the summer I like to straighten my hair, but the humidity makes it IMPOSSIBLE to keep it straight. I'd love to rock bangs during the summer, but they will just end up curled from humidity and sweat. Is there a product to help keep my hair straight?

It's amazing to see that my hair technique has been passed on and taught! @8:50 I been doing that since I was 10 all because I was obsessed with girl's wavy hair (mine is curly 3B) so I played with my mom's flat iron to achieve that look and that's the technique I used. Went to beauty school when I was 18 - eager to learn; I showed all my colleagues how to do it as well. I'm 30 now but it's just so cool to see that others are using it now!!
