Then recently, at 31, I suddenly had the biggest relapse for the first time in 10years and its been 9months of hell trying to recover and the journey feels so much longer and impossible than I remember. I'm getting there and I have so much more food freedom than I did just 2 months ago, bit still no where near recovered. It's frustrating and hard, but I watch your videos and you inspire me. I think it's healthy and refreshing to clear out your wardrobe every so often I find that helps with any triggers of negative or dark times and thoughts that can randomly pop up out of nowhere 💖

I already know that this video is going to help me to feel calmer and relaxed. Your voice is calm to listen before getting some sleep (sleeping also causes anxiety in some days but watching your videos and listening to music helps a lot).
I am officially starting to recover from anorexia today. I have relapsed a year and now i am done with missing out on everything. Ive deleted apps that reminded me not to eat and to watch my calories so now i am finally free and i havs a great support system. I have great inspiration ( you ❤️) and i am ready for this part of my life to be over

It is nice to just be able to do things around the house (even just the smallest things that we often over see) for mental clarity. Proud of you Ro. You are really coming along with your exposure challenges as well. 🫂 👏🌻 May the next month (it's actually Sept 1 as I type this) process with your goals...no pressure obvs but stuff like this is something just to lift your spirits. I am so happy for you. When you started with youtube i was very ill too. I had an allergy shock and cant breath very well. it was horrific. Just to "eat" something was so scary for me.. i just dont wanna eat. When i saw your videos, i felt not that alone. it helped me a little bit with this situation. so thank you girl, i am so happy for us that we are more healthy now. Something that helped my anxiety was to view my anxious feelings as ✨motivation✨ if we feel neutral or happy about everything we will get complacent and not want to make changes and improve our lives, view your anxiety as motivation to grow

When I clean out my closet, I'll keep the clothes I decided to get rid of for about a month, in a bag in my closet just in case I might want to wear something that's inside. I always worry that I will regret getting rid of something, so it gives time to actually see that I in fact never wear those clothes.

I always eat half an avocado, but just because I don't want the entire avocado. I eat it with something, on bread or in a salad. And the entire thing is just too much.
I think that’s fine if it’s genuinely what you want. But I think Ro’s point is that you shouldn’t feel you can _only_ have half, especially if you want more 😊
I've watched you recover on a primarily vegetarian diet, so I will say that anxiety often stems from vitamin deficiency, specifically b12 , zinc, iron. If you focused on eating more meat to get iron very quickly and potently, I'm sure it would help

You can do it! ❤️❤️ I recovered at 16 and am now 25 and living an incredible life free from ED. There IS life after an eating disorder!
