Those look sooooooo good!!!! I live on SS and it's not working. I'm 65 living in my tiny cabin I'm building myself. Lived in my 34'very used Class C for 2 years after losing everything due to my beloved late husband dying of ALS in April 2020. Im growing as much food as I can year round. I've grown my own veggie and herbs for decades. But not at this level. Garden is 100' x 100' . Certain things grow certain times a year. I'm in the middle of the rolling, piney hills of SW AR in where I grew up in the 60s. Farmers Almanac has a Planting calendar by the moon on their site. It tells you what to plant on what dates and what not to plant for every day of each month. I plant by the moon. Good luck with your garden!
So sorry to hear about your husband’s ALS. My sister (71) was recently diagnosed and declining fairly rapidly. My mom’s dad also had ALS. What a horrific, cruel disease!

Have you ever fried the wraps? They make such good chips. Just break into pieces, heat a small about of oil, drop chips in one at a time. It takes just seconds. Season as you like.

I love peanut sauce, I make breakfast rolls with scrambled eggs and a sausage with lettuce, I dip the breakfast ones in salsa. But my favs are shrimp .

I rarely get a migraine but if I do I call my chiropractor and get in and get my neck and back adjusted and the migraine goes completely away and does not come back. Every time you prepare food it looks so delicious.

Suggestion on the spring rolls… my boyfriend and I just get the bagged salad kits that include everything like carrots, cabbage, etc and use that as the filling instead of cutting everything up, and it’s cheaper!!!😊😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️

Hey guys you should try calling your phone provider explain to them that you are having troubles getting service they may able to change your phone to a different cell tower nearby I never knew they could do that until recently. They did it for my daughter.

Spring roll put microwave little water paper towel moisture back in. Veg dry out put in plastic bags can hold produce for weeks. Ps don't freeze cheese not really good cheese. Cheese naturally molds to age if to new doesn't melt or frozen. For some reason cheaper cheeses don't last as long.keep back ice box where temps don't change as much from fanning the door.

I was swimming in a gravel pit years ago and felt something hitting my leg. My friends let out a scream and right before my eyes a big black snake popped up. It was about six inches from my face. I do not like snakes even a little bit. It's a wonder I didn't drown.

when i make vietnamese-style fresh spring rolls i use a bamboo sushi rolling mat, you soak the mat in water before you use it and the rice paper doesn't stick to it, plus when you roll you don't have to worry much about tearing the wrapper and you can roll them tighter.

I'm camping just outside of williams and had two gopher snakes come through camp. Wish I could post a picture for you. One was like 4 ft. long the other a little shorter. Now it's just the flies and mosquitos that are crazy!

I've been making spring rolls for years and mine still don't look as good as yours! I love peanut sauce too. I try to keep Smuckers All Natural Creamy on hand, I love it and I think it's very healthful ingredient and snack. I stir the oil in when I first get it then keep in refrigerator so it don't separate again. I have never tried powdered peanut butter but I definitely want to get some to have in the pantry, and I'll have to try out the sauce like you made, I always keep rice vinegar and soy sauce on hand. That place where you went in town when you uploaded video was interesting, what's the name of that place?

Although Jimmy may have relocated his rv amongst some trees can’t you simply sit outside nearby his unit without invading his privacy so as to still use his wifi service? Sure would resolve the issue of a daily bumpy 30 minute drive down a dusty roadway.🌵

They look yummy!!! Square spring roll wrappers might be easier to roll, although yours look great!! I want to try making them, I saw a lady keep them moist by having a damp cloth over them between each wrap. She lay the wraps out diamond shape then filled them, it looked easier! X
