I'm forced to take the bus in NYC occasionally. I've been seeing more and more, many p;eople just waltz onto the bus without paying. Or else they come on the back exit. On a particularly bizarre day, I had to ask a bag lady to allow me to pass while going through her bags., (She was actually apologetic, if somewhat oblivious.) MEanwhile, I had to fight my way to get off the rear exit door, because there was a line of people coming on and not wanting to allow me out. I had to point out that this was the exit door and to please allow me to exit, and then they can resume doing whatever it was they were doing (which appeared to be coming onto the bus without paying).
Take care and watch yourself in New Yuk City due to the danger allowed by the gov.

The US calls it corporate capacity, The Desert Entry Act and The Department of Agriculture. As well as the Department of Commerce and Labor, Department of Interior, the Environmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Mines, National Park Service, and the IRS control of business through corporate regulations, title 26 USC. Public Business, Corporate Capacity, Commerce, mercantilism.
8. Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of Industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
The US calls it the Social Security Administration and The Department of Labor. The National debt and inflation caused by the communal bank has caused the need for a two "income" family. 10. Free education for all children in government schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production
People are being taxed to support what the US body politic calls 'public' schools, which train the young to work for the communal debt system. The US also calls it the Department of Education, the NEA, Outcome Based "Education" and Common Core.

“Pursuant to the parens patriae doctrine, ‘the primary control and custody of infants is with the government, to be delegated, as of course, to their natural guardians and protectors, so long as such guardians are suitable persons to exercise it.’ ” - Ex parte Wright, 225 Ala. 220, 222, 142 So. 672, 674 (1932). See also Fletcher v. Preston, 226 Ala. 665, 148 So. 137 (1933); and Striplin v. Ware, 36 Ala. 87 (1860).
“In other words, the state is the father and mother of the child and the natural parents are not entitled to custody, except upon the state’s beneficent recognition that natural parents presumably will be the best of its citizens to delegate its custodial powers… ‘The law devolves the custody of infant children upon their parents, not so much upon the ground of natural right in the latter, as because the interests of the children, and the good of the public, will, as a general rule, be thereby promoted.’ “ - Chandler v. Whatley, 238 Ala. 206, 208, 189 So. 751, 753 (1939) (quoting Striplin v. Ware, 36 Ala. At 89) (‘ ’).
A group of Texans, all with State issued Birth Certificates, State issued Marriage Licenses, 14th Amend US citizenship, and Social Security Numbers, questioned the Attorney General of Texas (Jim Mattox) May 19,1986,
"Is it true that the State of Texas owns our children?"
Texas Attorney General Jim Mattox replied,
"Yes, it's true (that the state owns your children) and not only your children but you too!"

“…When two people decide to get married, they are required to first procure a license from the State. If they have children of this marriage, they are required by the State to submit their children to certain things, such as school attendance and vaccinations. Furthermore, if at some time in the future the couple decides the marriage is not working, they must petition the State for a divorce. Marriage is a three-party contract between the man, the woman, and the State“ - Linneman v. Linneman, 1 Ill. App. 2d 48, 50, 116 N.E.2d 182, 183 (1953), citing Van Koten v. Van Koten, 323 Ill. 323, 326, 154 N.E. 146 (1926).
“The State represents the public interest in the institution of marriage.“ - Linneman, 1 Ill. App. 2d at 50, 116 N.E.2d at 183 (1953).
“This public interest is what allows the State to intervene in certain situations to protect the interests of The State. The State is like a silent partner in the family; a family member who is not active in the everyday running of the family but becomes active and exercises its power and authority only when necessary to protect some important interest of family life. Taking all of this into consideration, the question no longer is whether the State has an interest or place in disputes such as the one at bar, but it becomes a question of timing and necessity…The state has a wide range of power for limiting parental freedom and authority in things affecting the child’s welfare… In fact, the entire familial relationship involves the State.” - Prince, 321 U.S. at 167, 64 S.Ct. at 442, 88 L.Ed. 645.
“LICENSE. The permission by competent authority to do an act which, without such permission, would be illegal, a trespass, or a tort. Certificate of the document itself which gives permission. Leave to do thing which licensor could prevent. Permission to do a particular thing, to exercise a certain privilege or to carry on a particular business or to pursue a certain occupation. Permission to do something which without the license would not be allowable…” - Black’s Law Dictionary, 5th Edition, page 829.
Notice that a license is permission to do some act that is ILLEGAL, causes a trespass or causes a tort.
In other words, if you have a LICENSE it means that you wanted to do some act that was illegal, or would cause a trespass or a tort. So you’re license makes you a criminal that has permission (license) to do an illegal activity but will not be punished for doing that illegal act by the competent authority that issued the license. So if you do the illegal action without the license then you can be punished if found guilty in court for doing that criminal act.
So the more licenses you have the more of a criminal you are but you’ve just got the special privilege of committing the various illegal acts without the threat of being punished. Isn’t that just wonderful.
When did it become illegal or cause a trespass or a tort for a man and woman to get married? ALWAYS. What’s weird is the “competent authority” changed somewhere a long the line of time. It used to be that natural father, and mother, (the natural parents) of the bride owned his children and was the competent authority that granted the license (permission) to marry his daughter to the groom. If the groom doesn’t get the permission he is causing a trespass and tort against the bride’s family, parents, father. The groom without the Father’s license is an interloper, a thief, and the couple elopes.
When did the STATE, the government, start filling this legal duty as Father where two people need to apply to the government for this permission to get married? When the people became subjects, dependent wards of the STATE under the legal doctrine of PARENS PATRIAE, aka “government as father/parent of the country” via 14th Amendment federal subject citizenship, State civil marriage licenses, State birth registration.

I've gone to town hall meetings with him as a speaker, and he said that he's not Newsomes muscle and he didn't go after anyone "breaking covid protocols" . Chad Bianco even went on TV, telling the public that he's in our side. His office was giving out concealed carry permits to any law abiding citizens that worked in dangerous areas . Once the word got out, crime went down, go figure. The good people here love'e m, because he works hard to keep our DA in office, and George Soros out of it!

News closes thousands of businesses because of a bad cold virus and his supporters cheer him on. I've seen is locally here in Oakland on a daily basis, every one of my neighbors has been robbed, I've had two cars stolen and every car I own has had windows broken into.

I'm 78yo and female. I do not feel safe outside of my house, or outside of my car. I am nervous being forced to use ATM, instead of visiting inside banks (banks prefer not dealing with people face-to-face).
Groceries are placed into my car, meals are drive-through or are with a group...
Theatre and opera are no longer safe because of parking or time of day...
Store shopping is too unnerving, always vigilant not relaxing...
Daily walking exercise is taking unnecessary risk...
This is not the America I grew up in and looked forward to retiring in. I left California because of the crime and unlawful (allowing tax dollars spent on homelessness, illegals, and drug promotions) attitude of state government. What is wrong with voters? People need to vote in person or request an absentee ballot. Cameras need to be installed at ballot boxes. The US government spends millions of dollars protecting our currency against fraud, but doesn't spend nearly enough protecting our vote. When voting on federal office holders, voting should be overseen by the federal government.

I am 70 and don't feel safe anywhere! I can't imagine living in CA now, just horrid what has been done to the USA and other Countries.
71 are and live in farm country Indiana where population of the ENTIRE county is less than 5 square miles of LA. There's a lack of amenities like restaurant choices, shopping, and mass transit. No Whole Foods, no expensive boutiques, no wine gardens or espresso bars. Theater and opera? Only from the local high school drama club. Upside: really low crime rate, neighbors helping neighbors, and local businesses LOVE face to face! Word of mouth here is worth more than million dollars in advertising. During snowstorms, we snowblow sidewalks for neighbors. During storm damage, people just show up to clear trees/debris. We routinely cat sit and dog sit for each other in the area. During a house fire (in a snowstorm!) people showed up with jackets, blankets, and coffee as we waited for the fire department to do its thing. Someone else took in our three cats until we could get settled - and a friend offered us an empty rental house for a place to stay. People kept dropping off food and meals - I don't think I had to cook for two weeks. There's a neighborhood colony of at least a dozen feral and homeless cats. We share food and provide warm outdoor shelter with three other homes on our road; cats have all been TNR'd thanks to a local volunteer group. There's countless stories of farmers being hurt/injured, and other farmers will plow, harvest, feed animals - whatever it takes. Too many plant starts for your garden? There's a community share and trade day. I'm sure a lot of people would be totally bored, and others would be horrified by the conservative politics. The last "pride protest" at the courthouse drew four people. Veterans' Day parade drew hundreds.There were no Gaza protests or anti-oil blockades. You'll see a lot of American flags flying, armed service and emergency responder support flags, sports teams - that's it. During the virus, local police announced they would NOT respond to calls about masks. Now we DO get a bit hostile over crime, especially involving hurting children, the elderly, or animals. Other than that, it's just decent people being.. well - decent. So call us boring, dull, whatever. After watching what's going on elsewhere, I don't mind it a bit.

I live near Seattle which has become a chaotic nightmare of crime and homelessness. Five miles away on the other side of Lake Washington, Bellevue is a clean, inviting and safe city without homeless camps and drug use on city sidewalks. Maybe it does matter who you vote for in local elections.
I live in Downtown Seattle. I can confirm this around Belltown. Anywhere outside of 'Amazon territory' as I call it, is bad and unclean, especially the further south you get. We're about a decade behind, from San Francisco's deterioration start, but seeing similar affects at their scale, since the lunacy started in 2020.
Yet the majority of voters here are still doing the same damn thing: voting Democrat only. We have the fake women/men here in droves, along with the rainbow haired 'activists'. Probably a quarter of the people here are Amazon foreigners and they can't vote. And they all act like nothing's wrong, while ignoring the literal homeless tents and panhandlers on the streets, and dodgy folk going into businesses and shoplifting without consequence. The police only respond to literal violent crime now. I see more ambulances and paramedics then I ever did before. (They're mostly treating the damn homeless and at whose expense?)
This city is famous for the 'freeze', where ghosting and flaking are common occurrences. Seems their putting that into everyday life around them as well.
But here's the thing. I don't see any democrat politician here eventually becoming an authoritarian. We don't have a Newsom here. No Governor presence to come in and temporarily clean anything. Seattleites don't like that either. A bit of a conundrum, but I think it's because we have Amazon spending money still keeping this place afloat that they think they're fine embracing woke-tardism and ignoring the decline? If anything, Amazon could take over, instead of a political figurehead. A corporatocracy. That's not a great thing either.

I'm south of you in Pierce County. It's a mess down here, too. I'm constantly amazed that people in three WA counties keep voting for the worst possible people to run our state. The voices of conservative people with common sense are always drowned out by the liberal nuts in Tacoma, Seattle, etc. And this November they'll vote the hateful Bob Ferguson in as governor. I've been tempted to stop voting but I won't do it. Our country is a mess because we've chosen anti-American leaders. By the time we learn it will be too late.
