MrLoose26 you don’t know him and what he can/can’t afford lmao. i agree with him, a 2.0 4cyl in a 7 series is just absurd considering it’s a massive sedan that’s made for V8s
The acceleration performance surprised me a little - I would have expected the 740e to have been quicker to 100 kmh due to the fact that maximum torque from the electric motor is available from rest. But I guess its also the extra weight of the electric motor that works against the 740e. It would be interesting to compare the kerb weights of these three to put everything into perspective.
Yeah it depends on what drivIng no you (or your chauffeur if you can afford to buy one😂) will do. If it's urban journeys than 740e if it's motorway then 740d etc
@@VehicleValhalla sadly I expect my 7 series driving all to be in my dreams for some time to come! The 7 series body construction and interesting drive train are something that really gets my attention.
E = hybrid, I = petrol, D = diesel. The 740d is probably the best Allrounder. Most economical for long journeys and the good low down Torque of a diesel helps pull a heavy car like this. Performance wise I is probably best but If you want the effortless low down Torque then the D. The E is for only mainly urban commutes. I don't think the interior changes depending on the model. Maybe the E might get some '2 drive' badges
@@milfordgeffrey8073faster til about 130km/h which in the real world is what matters. Have driven both and chose the 740d unfortunately as much as I prefer the sound from the b58, the torque from the b57 makes the diesel a lot better (plus the fuel economy is way better)
I like lamboghini too much, but i see when the human get in and get out the car very difficult, so i want lamboghini design the seat lift up a little and turn out for the human convenient when get in and get out the car.
2 liter engine in a 7 Series. What a time we live in...

stop hating what u cant afford
Not hating, it just seems very out of place; unsuitable to me.

Big engine, small dick
Do all the people commenting „omg a 2.0 engine in a 7 series“ realize there is an electric engine in this car too?
No ome really cares if it's electric. Doesnt help, it's still a 2.0L! Eeww.

IF IT IS 2 LITER. THEN CALL IT 720e FFS . OR AT LEAST 730e . NOT A 740e
Gave video mannen! Zou leuk zijn als we dit soort videos vaker zien!
BMW 740 - 2.0l? =))) 2L must be only Cola =)))

Disel power❤
Can you please tell us if the 740e / 740i , are xdrive ?
because we know 100% the 740d is xdrive
First one to watch it!! Excellent video guys, well done!!
We know
Pretty similar performance 😲
If I had the money I'd probably go for the 740e.

740d 👍🏻💪🏻
The 740i is remap and downpipes away from 460hp. The 740e and 740d will never see 4xxhp without £££££££££

Diesel remains the unrivaled engine 💙.
Diesel of course ♥️
Facelift 740e has 6 Zylinder bros
740e not bad for bein 180kg heavier than 740i
i will get the 740d please. highest torque and best acceleration to 120kmh. more than that is not needed for me
You drive just 120?!
Diesel engine is more fast thanks to torque💪
It's the slowest 😂! Slower than a 2liter 4 cylinder petrol! All that torque didn't help

Not a big bmw guy. But what is best i terms of performance and interior luxuriousness. E, D or I???
YUNUS BBXツ i stands for petrol d stands for diesel e stand for turbo and electric but d has less fuel consumption

I would buy diesel cheap to tank

Nadsenec 740e driving at 4,5°C the others at over 23°C
Diesel torque tho

i watched many accelerating videos and only bmw with less than 350hp easly reaches 250km/h or more, it seams it could reach 300km/h with 326hp
