This mediation took me to another planet in my thoughts i didn’t now existed. So calming. i know when i start to involuntarily cry happy, soft tears of joy i’m getting what i need to out of a meditation. i can’t wait to continue listening to this for the next 21 days and see what great things come from being in this state of mind. thank you. namaste

I get seasick whenever I am on any kind of a boat or ship, so I have to fast forward past that part. I envision myself instead on the beach. I don’t like to fly, so I imagine myself in a limousine that’s driving me to a beach house. I love the crickets chirping in the background and your voice is very soft and beautiful. I fall asleep to this every night and even though it hasn’t been 21 days yet, I’m already feeling calmer, more affluent and more positive✌🏼.🌊🏝🌞🦗🦋🦄❤️.
