- As you can see, this property is in bad condition. The owner wanted it done months ago, but we were so busy, we had to put him on our wait list. This property has now been put on a regular spraying schedule, so it doesn't end up like this again. The job took around 5 hours to complete, and we took out around a trailer of green waste.
If you are wondering what happened to Nick, he was offered a full time trial as a political admin (his dream job), so he is no longer with us permanently. He has agreed to do Saturdays if needed as an emergency, and I will make sure he appears in other videos 🙂.

A: Nick was offered a full-time position at his other job as a Political admin!
Q: Why don't you use tarps instead of cans?
A: Tarps are too difficult to move through small spaces and lift into the trailer. The same for wheelbarrows, they are only good for unloading the trailer!
Q: Why are the hot water cylinders outside?
A: I'm not really sure to be honest, maybe something to do with space & maintenance, but either way, it really is poor heat efficiency!
Q: Why are you cutting so close to your employee!
A: I'm not cutting too close to my workers, they are standing too close to where I am working! All of my workers have been told numerous times about standing too close to the tools and about the hazards involved!
Q: Why do your workers do all the lifting and carrying?
A: Basically, they are employed to carry things and I pay them well to do the job required.
Q: You work so well together, how do you do it?
A: That's the magic of editing. My workers are basically given instructions on what to do, I just edit it all out, so the videos look seamless!
Love Brent!! So strong and fearless and completely respectful of George and the space he is in with tools etc. Me thinks George is VERY lucky to have Brent!!!

Congrats to Nick, not everyone can say they got their dream job. Hope all goes well with him. This commercial job yielded a larger amount of green weedy material than one would think considering all the hardscape. Looks 100% better and a regular job came out of it. Very satisfying video. Nice you got to have Brent working right along with you. He looks to be a dedicated worker.

Not on the commercial sites, but we do find some stuff on the residential sites when removing rubbish that the owner no longer need. You would be surprised what people throw out! I usually just offer it to my workers though, I really don't have time to fix, sort or sell things 🙂

It looks a lot better without a doubt. The one thing you should have done was to lower the shrubs on the corner to below the business sign, thus making it easier for customers to find the location & for better advertising value of the business.
I wish more and more commercial properties would do more upkeep to the business. My local Walgreens store's parking lot is filthy

Interesting change from individual gardens. Businesses must have landscaping work, or, as you say, at least a spray schedule. Glad to learn Nick might be appearing once in awhile; he seemed a good worker for you...as does Brent. Do you ever do landscaping design work for your customers? Or will they listen to your suggestions for an easier to maintain yard? Keep up the good work.
This is an older video, both Nick and Brent are no longer with me. I don't do landscape design, but I do give advice on general maintenance 👍
