This was really helpful. I'm newly diagnosed with BPD and am so happy to have found your channel, Xannie. I feel like I'm getting reintroduced to myself. The connection between feelings physically ill and my BPD symptoms didn't occur to me until I watched this. Also LOVE the reupholstered chair! You did a great job on it! ❤
So true. The most i ever felt good was when i did yoga twice a day AT A STUDIO WITH A PROFESSIONAL. it helped my emotional issues but not impulse ones 😂😂😂
Having bpd with chronic pain is so frustrating. I’m always in a bad mood cuz I’m in pain and I work hard to not put it on other people but man my tolerance window can be tiny sometimes
I woke up with one today! Going to try to do similar things. Its so true basic things can be so hard but are the most necessary to function and you have to make yourself take care of yourself sometimes but its so worth it especially for the benefit of the people around you
Also having periods as a PwBPD is a big deal so good job and good luck to everyone (and even more if you are not fully aware of when exactly you will have your period so you get moody and think is because of an actual issue but it was jist the hormones acting up 😭)
